The coffee table was damaged, 2 on the three plastic chairs outside had been damaged. The house really could utilize a good power washing and that would make a large improvement to your deck. The house has so much potential it's unhappy to check out it getting run down. I Totally loved the area, but when improvements are not made would not rent house once again.
